Urban Planning & Landscape Architect

I.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning & Zoning: Develop site planning, subdivision layouts, and internal traffic circulation plans.

• Landscape Design: Create conceptual designs and implement technical landscape solutions (including greenery, water features, and outdoor amenities).

• Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with infrastructure engineers (outdoor drainage, land leveling, site lighting) to ensure seamless integration of the overall master plan.

• Reporting & Visualization: Prepare urban planning explanatory reports and produce 3D visualizations for planning and landscape projects.

II.     REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or Landscape Architecture.

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in developing 1/500 scale planning dossiers and landscape design projects.

• Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Photoshop. Experience in Civil 3D or GIS software is a significant advantage.

• Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of plant species, outdoor landscaping materials, and hardscape construction.

• Languages: Professional proficiency in Technical English (for reading documentation and drawing review).
